Four videos and a pack of stickers
The title to this post may appear random... it kind of is, to be completely honest. I prefer random, quirky blog post titles! They are just fun; plus, it can invite intrigue. Are you intrigued?
Well, we are four videos deep in our YouTube 🎥 journey, and I have to say: I kind of love it. Going into it, we knew it would be a lot of work. Some of our fave folks to watch have shared that they easily spend upwards of 60 hours in a week managing all their videos and various content, and Stephen and I are probably pretty close to that total. It takes a lot of time to learn as you go, which, I totally have to give Stephen a shoutout right now! I am so proud of him 💗 He is so determined to learn everything. He is figuring things out that are so beyond is normal daily spectrum, trouble shooting everything, just taking every little bit of it all in. He has ZERO experience with anything relative to filming or editing. He is just going to town, doing his best by me and by Trella Shoppe. To me, it all speaks to how determined he is for us to succeed. It is just one of the many things I love about him! Anyway, it has been a lot of hard work lol. That was the whole point I am making right now. It is cool because we are meeting new challenges every single day and together, we are working through them and overcoming them. I am so excited for us to continue to grow together with Trella Shoppe!
Other cool things that happened this past week: we had a successful market weekend at Vintage Marche (where I currently sell in downtown St. Petersburg, FL), celebrated Stephen's birthday at Medieval Times 🍗🐴, and ordered the coolest stickers ever. I only ordered a small batch to begin with, as I wasn"t sure how they would turn out or if I actually *wanted* YouTube specific stickers, but dude. DUDE. They are so cool! It a YouTube symbol with our channel name and is surprisingly giant (I think 8 or 9 inches long) and it definitely makes a statement! I am very impressed by them. In fact, I ordered ten more packs of them that night 😂 I have decided that we are going to give anybody and everybody a sticker - so if you want one, please do not be shy in letting us know! As soon as the big pack arrives, we are passing them out like candy 🍬
We are ahead on filming, too! I hope I am not jinxing ourselves by admitting that to y'all. That Thursday night deadline rolls around reeeeal quick, so if we can reverse the situation and be ahead of the game as opposed to just keeping up with it, it will be so much better. We are being diligent in staying on top of it; I believe in us! Speaking of: have you seen this past week's episode yet?
